When Sonika and Jaskamal found out that Ianna will have a birthday here, but not while in Ludhiana, they wanted to make sure they got the opportunity to celebrate it. So last night we ate Dominos and had cake for her birthday.
Tradition here is for everyone to feed the birthday person. So everyone at the company fed Ianna a bite of her cake. Though Ianna was hesitant at first, she was happy in the end to be able to have so much cake.

Good thing they don’t follow our custom of smearing cake on each other (of course after just married, not birthdays…). I’m sure her brothers were very kind…
